When I got home I realized that they had substituted half my order and didn't bother to tell me. I called the store and spoke to a "manager" who told me they haven't had that product in months and just assumed everyone knew.

- SSSophieSep 12, 20252.0i’ve been a regular here for a while now and never really had an issue till now. it seems like now they have gotten new employees or something bc i walked in to pickup my drink and one of the baristas was rudeeeee. def disappointing bc i LOVE dunkin but lack of customer service and care is really showing through. i don’t think it’s terribly difficult to put a smile on your face, or learn how to answer questions politely.
