- ATAvery TerningFeb 5, 20261.0Hi! I went in for the bogo today and was in line a few minutes before it ended at 3:30, got to the register, ordered, and asked to use the bogo promotion. The gal at the register was very nice said it was no problem it was still well before 3:30. The barista she was working with came over with attitude and rudely stated they were stopping the promotion early and I was not able to get the bogo anymore even after she had helped the lady in front of me and offered the bogo to her. I guess I’m just confused as to why I was denied when I ordered well before the cut of time and would like to say I did not appreciate how I was talked to while I was there. It was extremely rude and disrespectful and as a former barista I cannot imagine ever talking to a customer in this manner!
