Very rare there is a mistake or issue and once when my card didn’t work and it was snowing they comped it. The drivers are always friendly. They always follow delivery directions. Last month I ordered and on delivery the driver had my receipt fly off and away from the order which wasn’t a problem for me. I didn’t think anything of it and soon after I got an email I had a free pizza to redeem for the less than stellar delivery and I didn’t even complain. I always try to tip them well because they are probably the most consistent out of the food options here

Fabian and I think the delivery guy was named Michael had great friendly service and quick. The food was very hot. They got the order correct and followed my special pizza request. They didn’t forget anything on my order. Delivery was quick as well for being a Saturday night. Very impressed and will be ordering from here again. Great job Ripon team.
