Called waited 3:42 for someone to pick up, they then hung-up on me and I had to recall 2:17 later I’m placed on hold for 4:33 before finally getting a refund. Don’t order from here they definitely don’t know what they are doing.

Very rare there is a mistake or issue and once when my card didn’t work and it was snowing they comped it. The drivers are always friendly. They always follow delivery directions. Last month I ordered and on delivery the driver had my receipt fly off and away from the order which wasn’t a problem for me. I didn’t think anything of it and soon after I got an email I had a free pizza to redeem for the less than stellar delivery and I didn’t even complain. I always try to tip them well because they are probably the most consistent out of the food options here
