  Great location! I've always had positive experiences here. Food, treats, and coffee are excellent. What really makes this store is the exceptionally nice staff. Also very much appreciate their rewards club. DD is the best!

  Ive been coming to this Dunkin for the past 4 months or so as business has brought me to the Richland Center area. Sometimes I go in and sit for an hour or just go through the drive through. The atmosphere if inviting and friendly and quite frankly the best Dunkin I have been to! The people who work there seem like they enjoy being there and the service is friendly. None or my orders have ever been messed up. Highly recommend this Dunkin location.

  We went through the drive through and ordered a hot black coffee, an iced latte, and a donut. After waiting for 15 mintues for the car ahead of us to get their food, we waited another 15 minutes at the window, with no staff person in sight. We were told that they had to brew a new pot of coffee so we didn’t mind the wait, until finally a staff person appeared and handed us the wrong order. I told her what we had ordered and it turns out our drinks had been sitting inside on the window counter the whole time. The hot black coffee was cold and obviously not freshly brewed. Extremely disappointing service and food quality. Will not be returning to this location.

  I got the Strawberry Dream Refresher and the first sip...DELICIOUS! But the after taste was not very good 😕. Starbucks is 1000% better than Dunkin. FACTS. BUTT...Dunkins muffins are pretty decent as long as it isnt blueberry.
