  unfortunately being let down lately… tonight asked for extra mayo, received zero mayo on my sandwich, and no they did not mis hear me because on the receipt they have it written down “X-mayo.”…. simply a sign of not giving a crap by the employee who made it….

  There food is good and all and I work with food service but I got denied a refund 4 weeks ago and was told to give me my number and they will have it in the system for me to get my sandwich that they missed and I paid for and they would give it to me, today I went in and told them about it and they said it was not in the system, the fact they they denied my refund and on top didn’t give me what I paid for is not okay technically stealing money from me. What kind of place denies refunds because where I work we don’t do that we give back a refund , on top of that I did have a receipt and gave them the number of the receipt the day they forgot my sandwich and of course I lost it today because I assume since they had my number in the book its fine but I guess not, Do BETTER , this is a management issue .

  Great unwhich, and Doug the manager was fantastic! The Wolves who work there are beautiful humans (you know who you are).

  I went there today and it took me 20 minutes in line and when I was ordering food, she cut me off and she only let me order like one thing when I wanted to order three meals
