  Disappointed. Paid $7 for coffee flavored milk...even got an extra shot. Paid with card and there was no option to leave a tip... After I paid the employee gave me a weird look and I ended up with a cup of milk....don't think I'll be back

  Not happy!!!! I will not go back to a place that will continuously lie to me!!! I go almost every day!! I ordered a pink mermaid and the girl asked if I ever got a pink mermaid before and I said yes. She said I dont see one in your history.....weird but ok....then I was given a pixie stick!! I went back on my lunch when I kindly let the other guy know what happened earlier and I would really love a pink mermaid. He used my free drink to give me yet another pixie stick! I just wanted a PINK MERMAID!!!! Please stop lying to me!!!!!

  I have never experienced a longer wait than in the line for 7 Brew. Even a short line takes them forever to get drinks out, which makes no sense. If you want to get your drink fast, go in the left lane, it seems as if they prioritize that lane. If you want to spend an eternity in a drive thru line then go in the right lane. My girlfriend and I watched an entire episode of One Tree Hill while waiting for a 5 dollar coffee. I started a timer when I got in the line, and after 25 minutes we were only half way through the line. Will not come again until they figure out what they are doing wrong to make the wait time so long. If you ONLY have a drive thru, then how can you be this slow. I have also received incorrect drinks numerous times, and some of the staff have no idea what different coffee drinks are, which is insane considering they need to pass a test during their training. Imagine waiting an eternity to get a drink just for it to be wrong (maybe thats why it takes so long).

  Our first visit to 7 Brew today! Great customer service. Friendly folks. Coffee is still brewed manually on La Marzocco machine which is a huge plus. I had a Breve and my wife had a cold brew. There were million (ok just a bunch) of flavors and drinks come hot or cold. The drive thru (double line) went very quickly. Drinks were hot and cold as ordered. Coffee is quite good. This coming from a coffee snob. I'd use 7 Brew on a road trip. Definitely multiples better than Starbucks. Give it a try. I'm sure the sugary drinks are great since they can be completely customized. Seems the price is reasonable too.

  Extremely disappointed with the drive thru management. For every 1 car that ordered in the outside lane, at least 5 cars ordered and received their drinks and left in the inside lane. From social media posts, this appears to be a very common occurrence at this location. We were trapped in that outside lane for over an HOUR. We watched many cars pass us in the inside lane and even spoke to neighboring cars that felt sorry for us being trapped in the wrong lane. There was no way to physically leave. There was no local phone number to call to remind workers that there were 2 lanes of customers to service. We were at the mercy of the extremely slow and nonsensical drive thru system of servicing the one lane only. When we tried to flag down workers to help our lane so people could leave after over an hour and a half wait, we were given a multitude of excuses and arguments back. And on top of that, they then continued to prioritize the same one lane. When your abysmal customer service traps people for a significant portion of their days, you're losing many return customers and therefore profits. Hopefully this location can ask for additional corporate training to learn how to serve all customers equally and focus on customer service and not only profits.
