  This was my experience with Jimmy John's in Rhinelander. I o ordered the spicy Italian. There wasn't much spice,the meat was greasy and the bread unremarkable. By the time I drove home I was running to the bathroom. Never again.

  I live pretty close and they don’t deliver. I would order more often if I could get it delivered. Curious what the delivery zone is? Food and service is good when I’ve been to store tho.

  Sandwiches were excellent, staff was friendly, store was busy. I worked with franchises for years, and often did quality checks for corporate for years, I tend to pay attention to details many dont. So I wanted to take a moment and tell the staff working the lunch shift Sunday 3/29/26 GREAT JOB, everyone stayed busy, customers were #1, down time was spent tidying up cleaning tables and restocking. When someone was walking in everyone was ready to serve the next customer. Its been a very long time since I have seen a team work so well together to accomplish a goal. This is the 2nd time In a month I have been too this location, and both times have been delightful.

  Great sub shops, the staff were nice, the food was quick and it tasted great!

  The food was good but The fountain drinks were nasty. It’s like you’re in Sprite. You’re supposed to taste Keylime and lemon not like you’re drinking out of a pool.
