  I placed a order online, husband picked it up and away we went. Got home and 4 out of 5 of our subs had hardly any toppings on them! For our first experience with Jimmy John's talk about a disappointing experience 😕

  i want so badly to love it here :( but every time i come here they either don't have it and have to refund me or they don't know how to refund somthing, very little communication to the customer and never freaky fast for me :(

  Always great service and food. The gentleman at the drive-thru window, I believe his name is Jim, is always kind. One of the very few places we will get food from.

  By far the worst experience at a Jimmy John's I have ever had. After waiting 20 minutes for our sandwiches they made one of the two wrong. It was another 10 minutes to receive the correct sandwich. There were six employees working behind the counter and only two tables in the restaurant with customers at them. No one seemed to know who was running the counter or who was running the drive-thru. When a customer asked about the broken ice machine the employee said that he was unaware of it being broken however there is a sign above it saying it was broken. Terrible communication, terrible customer service skills And the sarcastic remarks made about customers as they left were beyond inappropriate for what is supposed to be a professional setting. My fiance and I will not be returning.
