Driver drove past my house, I called the store to ask if he missed it or was dropoff another order. Woman on the phone said he might be dropping off another order. Next thing I know the driver goes past my house again. I call the store again and ask them if they can call the driver and let him know. They come back on the phone and say my house in the middle of the woods doesn't have numbers. That the driver called me but I "dismissed it". They made ZERO effort to get me my order and put the blame on me for not answering that supposed call. This is despite calling the store and telling them the driver seemed to be lost. Despite that I have ordered from the hundreds of times without any other driver having trouble finding my home. They made NO effort to retain me as a customer. Canceled my order with the woman on the phone who seemed to be pleased that I did so.
