  Whether I’m dashing or I’m a customer, every Arby’s employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has been amazing, kind, and so very welcoming. They do an absolutely fantastic job not just with the customers but with getting the food out at a reasonable time, they make sure to let customers know why their food is a bit behind and just makes the atmosphere there feel very much comfortable and welcoming.

  Food here is good, staff is not very personal, but not rude either. I would say preoccupied. Atmosphere is very small as it shares the space with the gas station. I would say it's a good place to stop for a quick bite for a small group.

  Ordered from door dash, my dasher was not the issue but the store itself. I had 3 items missing from my order. Very unhappy with that outcome because not only was the food missing not for me but for my significant other, but I also know this restaurant is not busy enough in rhinelander to mess up a simple order.
