  We order in the Drive thru before there close at 11:44Pm, When I was to the Window, We gave two 20, the cashier put 25, We Trying to explain that, He called the manager night, She said, She had to account that all money if that if over the will to refund that, I have been cashier 2 Years in BK. That’s not worked like that, If There missed money in all day that won’t available to refund us money back. I already explain again that situation, I asked for the money back, She didn’t wanted to refund back. I understoond they wanted to live at 12:00AM, But They have to do their Job a Good Services for there customer.

  Service is slower than my 96 year old dead great grandmother. Update 31 minutes and my food was cold.

  I came through the drive thru with 2 mobile app orders. When placing one order the app wouldn't allow me to add cookies to the cart. When coming though the drive thru Melissa helped us I explained I couldn't add cookies. She assisted with getting them added as a 3rd order. We had to park and wait for the cookies. Melissa brought out the cookies explained we are only allowed 2 mobile app orders thru drive thru. The cookies made it a 3rd order. She herself tried to go to the app and order cookies amd was unsuccessful. Melissa was reprimanded for creating the 3rd order. Melissa displayed great customer service by putting the customer first even with breaking the rules and being reprimanded. Thank you Melissa I give you 5 stars!
