  So happy to have Jimmy John’s in Reedsburg! They have been a great addition to our community. I typically order through the app and pick up for carry out. They are always very fast to have my order prepared. I have only had one instance of an issue with them, forgetting an item in the bag and they quickly corrected this. Staff are always extremely friendly when I enter the store. The store is often very clean, with the occasional straw wrapper or napkin laying around. Overall, a great addition to this area!

  Constantly messes up my delivery orders. Then I have to go to the store to get my money back. Insane. Your job is not that difficult. I've done your job and didn't mess it up the way this place constantly does.

  Knocked it out of the park every time so far. Ordered delivery once and it took a little longer than normal, but considering they only had 1 driver and recently opened i expected that and did not mind at all. So happy to have another dining option in this town!
