The new location may look prettier but everything else has taken a steep decline. We've given it a chance a few times now and it doesn't matter what time we go, the food that is actually out and available has been consistently old and crusted over. Things don't get refreshed and when they do bring out a new tray of food, they dump the old food right on top of it so you have to dig for the fresh stuff. We ordered a pizza for the "buffet your way" and our buzzer they gave us never went off. We later found the pizzas we ordered on the buffet for everyone else to have. For some reason, there are, possiblt fruit flies, usually hanging around the drink machines. I've encountered them every visit so far. As far as the fun zone, stick with Chuck E Cheese. My son loves basketball but apparently people were doing too well so they made it so only 3 basketballs were available at a time. He does pretty well and has zero chance of making getting the 75 points required to "win". My husband tried it, zero misses and quick shots, was lucky to get 64 points. I understand the greed of companies to rig games so minimal prizes are won but don't ruin the fun for the kids in actually achieving the "challenge". The games aren't even cheap to play so pizza ranch is definitely profiting anyway. Summary, old crusty food, flies, no "buffet your way" service, and rigged games. I think we've finally learned our lesson and won't be back to this location.

NEVER Again. I have a hard thinking this is just a fluke random bad day either, but its was a total disaster for my family, as Its not the same place it used to be that made it good in the past. Sunday around Noon 4 adults go in for buffet and buy a takeout box for when we leave to take home to my son. We take our plates to the buffet and there is NOTHING for pizza in the warmers....nothing....so we get some chicken and mash potatoes from an area that was an absolute mess with everything slopped and mixed into one another. You want green beans.....well good luck, your getting fries and stuffing slopped in with it too, not to mention its all over the floor where you walk. I guess what do you expect when you get a plate that is only 8-9" in diameter now. Our small group then went to find a table for the four of us and what a joke.....the tables are so small and so close to each other that the people behind you have to move to let you in and out. The table in our tent camper has more room on it. You literally are sitting in the aisle on the corner of the table so you are not bumping elbows. As it turns out the bone in chicken was PINK and cold in the middle, and the chicken tenders were hard and dry as a rock like a piece of leather that was unchewable. You really cant make this up how bad this experience was when I even get to the rest. Finally we seen pizza come out so we go to get some and hope its better, only to find its weird stuff like all pineapple and veggie...whatever happened to just a meat or pepperoni pizza.....so we move down grab a few slices of something that looked like a normal pizza that apparently someone ordered and took one slice......we go sit back down and my 90 year old mother burns her mouth because its full of hot peppers and has HOT SAUCE for marinade!!!!! Not one pizza is marked as to what it even is so beware if you have kids. By now we had enough of this disaster, people are leaving piles of food on plates all around us and not even eating half of it. So we had enough of this....the other three went to the car and I went to try and get a refund for my takehome box for my son........well as it turns out, the register worker is tearing apart the ice cream machine from a stepladder and literally has ice cream slopped everywhere within a 5ft area around the machine. She has no hair net on, no gloves on, and digging around inside the machine with bags of mixture laying on the lid and countertop. By now I know its useless to ask for a refund of the take home box and simply ask if there will be any pizza brought out since the warmers were completely empty AGAIN. Keep in mind the place is half occupied still.........she gets kind of moody and says sorry its been a busy day and goes into kitchen shelf area and brings out pizza after pizza....about 8 pizza just sitting in there getting COLD not even brought out for customers because she is messing with an ICE cream machine she has no business even tearing apart like she was. Worst part is she was getting no help either.........could see through the area where they set pizza and 3 big guys standing back there just talking away in a little circle. I grab 2 slices of thin peperoni, about 10 fries, and a biscuit that cost me $9.00....there was hardly anything even there worth taking home for my son......unbelievable is you seen what we got. NEVER AGAIN.......I spent $73.27 for some pink chicken, rock hard chicken we couldnt eat, pizza that didnt exist, no cactus bread, no bread sticks of any kind........ I have done volunteer work at homeless shelters feeding the homeless and needy people in big cites that was more organized, cleaner, and actually fed people with a good hot meal. No way this is just a random bad day....because it was everything. We got home and called some family like we do on Sundays and pretty much confirmed it wasnt just us. I really hope the owner leaves a message here because there is even MORE I didnt even mention.......but either way, there is no way we will ever be back again. You would think this store just opened or something.

Very disappointed in the new location! Food was hard as a rock even at 2:30pm and every single employee was just sitting on their phones. Never once did they ask us how our food was but honestly it wouldn’t have been a good answer because we didn’t even eat a full plate of food. They should hire better staff!

It was very busy and loud when we went. The food was rotated and replenished quickly so it was hot and fresh. The food stations were kept clean. The tables were cleared consistently. You can request pizza flavors that are not on the buffet. I do wish they had more than the 7 or so pizza options at a time. They have the BEST chicken around, hands down.

Honestly if I could leave at 0 star review I would. We went this past Saturday 1/31 at 1pm. Place was decently busy. However, there was absolutely NO PIZZA on the buffet. And when there would be it would be 1 pizza, one! The tables that were available were never cleaned off the entire time we were there. I saw 2 employees the whole time. And they wouldn't even acknowledge or care that there were people waiting and waiting for food. I spent $65 for 4 of us to eat a piece of chicken and mashed potatoes. Never again.
