    Just ordered 2 pizzas, 2 pastas, 16 boneless chicken wings and it was over 100 bucks, but they didn't send a single cup of marinara with the bread sticks or stuffed crust. I love pizza hut but it just keeps going downhill.

    We were in town visiting family. All of the out of town family wanted to meet at 'The Hut'. That's when we were informed by the matriarch of the family that the dining room is closed and you can only do delivery or carry out. She said it's been that way since Covid. So... you can walk in without a mask and pick up your pizza but the dining room is closed. Hmmmm... Sounds like you're going to lose money to places like the new Pizza Ranch.

    Placed an order, out of two pizzas one had a single alteration and the other was one selected from the menu without any alteration, we also placed an order for wings. Delivery came but was missing the wings and the one pizza was wrong, called to let them know and they offered to remake the pizza and deliver it with the wings. Delivery comes and is left at the door, still missing the wings. Didn’t bother to call back as it’s already 30 minutes until they close. We order frequently from this location and undercooked pizza is pretty common, we usually expect it and just put it in the oven when it gets here, but this was just too much for us today. Delivery drivers are always amazing which is about as much as I can say.
