Had a very rude employee today he didn't catch his name but I had to walk away otherwise there would have been problems normally when I come to this restaurant I have to wait to speak to an employee this employee decided to go out of his way and be a smart-ass to me not happy! If I ever figure out who you are you'll be treated the same way as I was just treated you need to be fired!

Last night my girlfriend and I went to this McDonald’s around 6:30 PM. When we arrived, there were no cars in the drive-thru and only a small family of three ordering inside. My girlfriend ordered a McChicken and an ice cream cone. While waiting, the employees seemed more focused on chatting in the back, messing around with food, or preparing food for themselves than actually fulfilling orders. The ice cream had to be remade three times because the employee couldn’t keep it in the cone, and it took 10 minutes to get just those two items.
I had a separate order of a McChicken, small fries, a large Mocha Frappe, and an M&M McFlurry. We waited 25 minutes for my order while employees joked and laughed in the back, talking about everything from how it was sad that the ice cream machine was alone on Thanksgiving and that’s why it didn’t want to make any ice cream, to how they couldn’t stop talking about noticing a cat under their truck while on their break. When my McFlurry was finally made, it was thrown on the counter instead of being handed to me. The frappe was watered down, and the whipped cream had already melted by the time it was handed to us. It took another five minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were still waiting for our food.
Once we got home, my McChicken was a mess—lettuce falling everywhere, mayo overflowing, and the top bun wasn’t even on. The fries were soggy and under-salted.
The only redeeming part of this visit was the ice cream cone. Unfortunately, the disorganization and lack of attention to customers made this a very disappointing experience.

I get a coffee almost everyday and always have a good experience. Their system was glitching when they took my order and I couldn’t use my code, so they gave me my coffee for free!!
