- LZLeslie ZukasMar 6, 20261.0I normally enjoy the Reedsburg location , but this morning i ordered the new banana matcha. I specifically said it twice. While in line for over 10 minutes they made go to the parking lot to wait for the drink. Then when the drink finally came it was just a matcha with no banana. Then the girl who brought me drink felt the need to lecture me that next time i will have to ask for banana if i want it even though i specifically asked for it twice and feel since i only ordered a drink i shouldn’t have had to wait in the parking lot anyway. The customer service this morning was all and all horrible and although there isn’t a drive through, i will be taking my coffee business to Buck and Honeys. Probably should have just shopped local anyway.

I got a medium in a large cup? This has been happening for months and im finally irritated enough. Im paying over 6 dollars for a coffee and yes that's my choice, but I should be getting my whole drink that I pay for! It's been happening consecutively for months, just about every time I come here and it doesn't even matter which drink I order either; hot, iced, macchiato, shaken espresso, Etc. It's ridiculous. I'm on the verge of just driving to The Dells to get my coffees because at least they would be full!
