  FALSE ADVERTISING: They have a big "Now Hiring" sign in the window...when I saw two people inquire, they clarified that they're not actually hiring. When I asked them to take down that big sign if they're not hiring, they just got quiet.

  This location had such good service due to one lady.. I have no idea where she went but bring her back! Caaaause tonight at 10:40pm, it was the worst service. I already lower my expectations with taco bell but this one took the cake. Charged my card for a $7 item, that they didnt have ingredients for. Who I assume was one of the "cooks" due to the white gloves he was wearing when he approached and touched the window to talk to me about the missing ingredients since the lady there who dealt with me originally was too stoned or something to do anything to be a useful worker as she stood there staring off into the abyss. Well, the guy was very condescending and rather than listening to me trying to verify something is veggie to replace the item they couldnt make yet charged me for, he decided to be sarcastic as if I know the menu as well as him. The whole experience was nearly as bad as McDonalds. That being said, I know, its Taco Bell.. but I think finding lettuce in my dessert was the final straw that brought this review to fruition because I can only imagine how messy that kitchen is, cross contamination is an absolute concern here.

  I asked for extra hot sauce. Your manager or whoever she is said there are sauces out in the lobby. I went there and there where literally a few mild and Diablo sauce. I said their is no hot sauce. So not obmy wouldn't she.refill these empty containers that should be filled she basically refused to give me some extra hot sauce. Whoever she is manager or assistant Manger you may want to have a word with her. This is not acceptable.

  On Thursday I ordered lunch on the taco bell app. When I arrived to pick up my order. I walked in and a employee told me they did not fill my order because they do not have any ground beef. All the employees were standing around looking at each other doing nothing while 1 employee was informing other customers about the issue. I canceled my order and never got my refund back through the app. Complete waste of time. Do not order at this location. Everytime I go there is different employees.

  Taco Bell isn’t somewhere I ever expected to write a review for yet, here we are. I’m so indecisive on food. The guy that took my order was so patient and more than happy to help with my ridiculous questions. THEN, I get to the window and the most adorable woman was packing up my order. She turned around, even clearly very busy, and still took the time to give me the sweetest compliment. To make matters EVEN BETTER, the rest of the staff joined in the mini “hype up” session for me. As a woman in the blue collar world, just off a 12 hour shift in the rain, mud, etc., I showed up exhausted and in my pjs. They made my entire week. I cannot emphasize how much I disagree with the negative reviews and I feel so sad for anyone that didn’t have this experience as this whole crew was so beautiful! ❤️
