Even though there were several employees in the back and the manager was present, no one acknowledged anyone at the counter or said they’d be right with us. The first customer had been waiting about 10 minutes, and we waited another 5–6 minutes before anyone came out to take orders. When we finally ordered, our food came out incomplete. They forgot two bags of chips and my side of ranch, and the food came out separately. When I asked about the ranch, the cashier said they didn’t have any, even though my husband had just ordered a bacon ranch sandwich. The receipt says, “If we mess up, we’ll give you a treat,” but when my husband asked about this after they forgot items from our order, the cashier said they didn’t mess up, they “just forgot the chips.” In my opinion, forgetting items is messing up the order, especially if this had been to-go and we had to drive back. On top of that, we were asked if we wanted to grab the chips ourselves from the counter instead of the employee doing it. Overall, the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing. This used to be a good location, but lately the customer service and item availability have been consistently poor
