The manager doesn't take order in this restaurant nor knows how to handle issues that customers have! If you cannot speak with a customer about their order or the issues that are happening in the restaurant, then you shouldn't be a manager!!! The regular employees run the show in this place and it's very unprofessional that you say you lost a mobile order and then give the food extremely cold to the customer with their receipt from their mobile order!! On top of it, the fries were supposedly fresh but tasted old! Very disorganized! Disgusting place to go! Never again!
