Sunday morning on way to work tea n a sandwich, person on the speaker gave me the wrong price. I mentioned it, he not me I was wrong and that is the price. Pulled up to the window the cashier adjust the price took my order and pulled up. Sandwich was toss in the bag half open, looked at it ice cold no cheese. Brought it back tall kid curly hair with a mic in his ear was laughing at me... just drove away. Terrible service, aggressive employee and he definitely need something to my sandwich.

went through the drive through for 1 item, a Diet Coke because I’m diabetic. Waited in line for almost 10 mins just to be given a regular coke & didn’t even realize till i took a big drink of it. mind you it was also noted that it was a diet on the top of the drink but wasn’t.

Ordered my food before I left the house get to McDonald’s and the line is wrapped around the building so about a 25 to 30 minute wait before I got my food and my coffee was wrong. This has happened like four times I just don’t understand how we can’t get the order right or keep the line moving and everybody just move like it’s not people waiting in line

2 lane drive thru nice , I always make sure to tell them i am using tap to pay to prepare them for the transaction. The car in front paid tap to pay and the employee didn't know to after to move between to cars. They had to walk her phone back to first window to pay. They should have pay terminals at any window to accommodate more customers and avoided delays. Kid was polite at p/u window but had me for the wrong order , which i don't think it's his fault. I told him nicely and got my coffee. Told him to try to have a good day. I work in retail and I know 🙃 it can get trying especially in the morning. Thanks.

Lately whenever I order a breakfast sandwich that has a bagel or English muffin. Anything toasted it is either burn or hard as a rock. inedible.
