  It would be nice if the staff could look you in the eyes and say "thank you". IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR? Aside from bad tasting and over priced food, this is one of the biggest reasons why I won't buy food for myself here.

  Waited in my curbside spot 20 minutes without getting my order the store was not that busy when I ended up having to go in the girl at the counter is rude and ignored me at first when she finally did give me the order it wasn’t even ready the drink station was a mess and both machines were empty of ice

  Did not like how long it took to get waited on. The staff saw a number of us waiting by the register. I did not see any working debit pads other than the one attached to their ordering kiosk. I believe they were trying to get us to use. I prefer to order directly from a person, and pay cash. They had signs posted that they have to change their hours of operation due to graffiti plaguing their restaurant. I got an uneasy feeling for my safety in that place after reading that. Gave my order and got out of there as soon as possible.

  Whoever was at the window to collect payment was very nice. However, I was hardly acknowledged at the second window and had to wait for about 5 minutes without being told. There was also a team member who came in and proceeded to complain that she was called in among other things. Well my window was down and the McDonald's window was also partially open so I could hear everything that was being said. Personally, I believe that was very unprofessional. However, again, the first encounter was very pleasant.

  I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s consistently for the past four weeks, and the atmosphere has been outstanding every single time. The team is always pleasant, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond for every customer they interact with. What I appreciate most is that they bring the food directly to the table, no standing around or waiting. When they deliver the food, they do so with a smile and a greeting that truly makes you feel valued as a customer. This is by far the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in my entire life. I can confidently speak on the AM team, as that’s who I’ve interacted with so far, and they are absolutely on fire 🔥. I haven’t experienced the PM team yet, but if this level of service trickles down, I know they’re doing an amazing job as well.
