I ordered 2 Large iced caramel macchiatos and 2 sausage mcmuffins. The service was decent and fairly quick but they gave me the medium size instead of large sizes of coffee. I contacted the manager and she gave me a coupon for 2 free large ice caramel macchiatos in the mail which I very much appreciated. Now the second visit I went back to the same store, but I went inside this time so there wasn’t any confusion with the order or the coupon. At this time is was fairly busy which is understandable at 10:30ish in the morning, and they looked like they were struggling. Eventually I ordered my 2 iced coffees and a the new sprite berry blast as a control to see what cup it came in. All of my drinks came in the same medium size cups and it’s highlighted on the sides of the cups. They also didn’t taste like the normal Carmel macchiatos I’ve ordered many of times and my sprite is foaming out of the cup all over. I’m just a little disappointed and wanted to let people know that if you order from here you might not get the sizes you ordered even after you made the managers aware and the quality varies.
