Apparently this establishment automatically adds a 20% tip to the bill. I did not even see the question ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. When I went to pick up my order, I told them that I did not add the tip and the girl at the counter just said “ are you sure? Did you scroll all the way down?” Maybe the store should ask if you want to add a tip instead of assuming the customer wants to give you a tip. Very frustrating
