⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed with This Location
Customer service from the manager tonight was unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience with this location.
The first time, I waited over two hours for my food. When it finally arrived, it was left on my porch for more than 30 minutes without anyone ringing the doorbell. The food was cold, stale, and smelled like refrigerator burn. They offered me a free pop as compensation, which I never even picked up because it didn’t solve the problem.
Tonight, I placed a $60 order, and the app added an extra sandwich I didn’t want. When I called the restaurant to fix it, I was told my order was being sent to a completely different address, even though the app showed my correct address. If I hadn’t called, I would’ve waited hours again for food that never arrived.
When I spoke with the manager (I believe his name was Andrew), he told me “customer service is above his pay grade.” His only solution was to refund the order, which would take 5–10 business days, meaning I’d have to repurchase the food and lose the online coupon I used.
There was no effort to make things right or take responsibility for the app issues and poor service. Between the repeated mistakes, lack of accountability, and dismissive management, I’m completely done with this location. I will never order here again and strongly recommend others avoid it as well.
