The woman who answered the phone when I placed my order was curt and snappy, and she never even asked for my name. When I got there, my order was under some random name. There was trouble finding my order because on the phone they never asked me for my name. They asked me if I was “Sharice,” and when I said no they kept looking but couldn’t find it. To help narrow it down, I mentioned that I had talked to a woman on the phone. Instead of helping, she snapped at me with an attitude, saying, “Well why did you say that wasn’t yours?” in a really nasty tone. The food was good. But because of the really negative experience I will never go back to that location.
