  Avoid this location - worth the drive to Kenosha or elsewhere. They don't have a host so the waiters have to seat their own tables. The kitchen is freaking slow too. We put our order in at 1:12 pm on a Saturday afternoon when there were only 4 other tables in the entire restaurant and we didn't get our food until over 30 minutes later, after our waiter after 25 minutes had passed had assured us that they were "dropping fresh wings" for us - ummm, as opposed to what exactly? Leftovers from last night!? Said he wanted to drop my fries off so they didn't get cold but they showed up lukewarm like they sat on the counter for 10 minutes. Management needs to do an overhaul of the kitchen and the staff because this place is not up to par to other BWW.

  Worst service I’ve ever had at any place, ever. Me and two friends went to get quick wings and burgers. The place wasn’t busy, so we expected fast service. We arrived and, not exaggerating, waited 30 minutes, timed on Life360. I’ve left very few reviews and don’t do this regularly at all, but this was so bad I downloaded Yelp just to put a review in. He finally came over and asked what drinks we wanted, then didn’t come back for literally 15 more minutes. When he did return, he had no drinks and asked us if we “remembered what our drinks were.” He left again to get them and didn’t come back for, once again, about 15 minutes. We then put in our food order, and it didn’t come out for 40 minutes. During that time, our server didn’t check on us once, even though we needed refills. The food was good, but it was not worth the wait. For dessert, we waited again, and our total stay ended up being 2 hours and 12 minutes. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life.   Horrible service. Pick up order was an hour later than pick up time given. Was told upon arrival that it would be 10 minutes. 40 minutes later and after having not seen anyone, it still wasn’t ready. Once ready, was missing part of order and food was cold. Management sucks and just make excuses for poor service. They need to just shut this place down as they are an embarrassment to the brand.

  You guys should be embarrassed at how bad this store is seriously. So unorganized no priority at all. I had a pickup order and they put the chocolate cake in the warmer with the food just close this place already please it don't matter how many store managers you go through this place sucks and it needs corporate attention

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PLACED AND ORDER AND WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS! FINALLY GOT IT DELIVERED AND THEY FORGOT THE CHICKEN SANDWICH I PROCEEDED TO CALL AND THEY SAID OH THATS BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN SANDWICHES. WHAT SO YOU WERE OUT OF THE FOOD BUT STILL CHARGED ME AND DECIDED NOT TO EVEN MAKE A PHONE CALL TO REFUND OR REPLACE THE ITEM. LACK OF LOGIC. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. FINALLY AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES I WAS TOLD TO GET A REFUND I HAVE TO GO THROUGH DOORDASH. HOW ABOUT MAKE A COURTESY CALL FIRST AND TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE IT LEAVES YOUR LOCATION. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY HAVE LACK OF COMMON SENSE.
