- RRRiggyFeb 16, 20261.0This Baskin Robins literally robbed me yesterday with the help of Doordash. I paid $27 for a triple scoop and a qt. The triple scoop did not arrive, and you can clearly see in the photos my Dasher took that it was not picked up and delivered. Doordash refused me a refund. It's incredible these massive corporations can blatantly steal with no repercussions.

There was nothing else I wanted so I asked them to cancel and refund it. They refused and forced me to get a different product I did NOT want. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
