When I went to my tracker later it changed it to estimated delivery between 7:30pm and 7:45pm. When I called to question this the person on the phone was extremely rude to me and said it was being delayed because short staff and having many orders. I said that was ridiculous to have a 3 hour wait and the man said I was being ridiculous. I wasn’t yelling at him or anything. I just stated that it was unacceptable to delay orders for that long and not have updated times for ordering online. Not everyone is ok with eating that late- not when you have young children. When I said I wanted my order cancelled because waiting 3 hours from order time is ridiculous he hung up on me. Thankfully I got an email confirming the cancelled order. Wish I could say this was the first time I’ve had issues like this, but unfortunately it’s not.
