  Great food. Great service. Staff is very polite and accommodating towards me at least. Visit this location twice a week for over a year now. Always clean, Always good service 👌

  This place - I keep telling myself I'm never going back but often options are limited in Prescott. Blizzards - The amount of ingredients they use is pathetic. My wife worked for corporate DQ so we are very familiar with what the recommended amount to use is, not to mention going to other DQs (River Falls is great) for comparison, and the employees have been told to go light on ingredients. This has been confirmed by ex employees as well. Over 30 years of being in this locale this has been a consistent issue. Counter service is typically bad at best. No smiles, eye rolls, not welcoming. Like they are serving their brother at home. Granted, it has been a while since I've visited the counter but the ownership is the same and this is an ownership/management issue. Recently I pulled into the parking lot for some lunch. I texted my wife asking her if she wanted anything and was waiting for her response. Parking lot was snow covered but I knew where the parking spots are in the lot. Manager kid(?) came up to my truck and bluntly told me I was blocking HIS drive through lane which was incorrect, the lane was behind me between me and the Subway parking spots. I was caught off guard by his rudeness so I just said "OK then" and left getting my lunch at the local grocery store, letting him know as I was leaving I was waiting to order food, which he ignored. I'm sure in another year or two I'll have a lapse in judgement and go through again for a weak blizzard. The inside seems nice enough, I don't recall every having an issue with that. There is a nice patio you can see the river from with umbrellas.

  This DQ is definitely hit or miss. Not so much with the food being so..so, or the high cost of a DQ treat, but the discourteous, impolite, disrespectful, and downright rude supervision and a few workers there. DQ "promise sign" on front counter states ".. have a smile .. something wrong we'll make it right.. and on and on". Well.. not this DQ. Tues 9/16/25 tried to discuss a concern with a lady trainer there, and got the third degree of belittlement, and was asked to leave. It's the people that make a business thrive.. and this place is usually empty for a reason. This "trainer" needs training. 👍👊
