A great place for Dilly bars and heavy, thick milkshakes.

This DQ is definitely hit or miss. Not so much with the food being so..so, or the high cost of a DQ treat, but the discourteous, impolite, disrespectful, and downright rude supervision and a few workers there. DQ "promise sign" on front counter states ".. have a smile .. something wrong we'll make it right.. and on and on". Well.. not this DQ. Tues 9/16/25 tried to discuss a concern with a lady trainer there, and got the third degree of belittlement, and was asked to leave. It's the people that make a business thrive.. and this place is usually empty for a reason. This "trainer" needs training. 👍👊

My family and I came into the restaurant at 8pm on Aug 25 and was told that anything that was not fried food was not available. During this time they were seen cleaning the flattop grill. The restaurant hours say that location is open until 10:30PM. I’m curious what the specific grill hours are for burgers and other food that they did not want to make at 8PM. The staff was unfriendly and looked like they all wanted to be anywhere else in the world. We had to clean off our own booth and table since the entire dining room was dirty. The lids and supplies were not stocked either and my wife got a big eye roll from the apparent “manager” on duty when she asked for one. I will go to any other DQ in the surrounding area before I go back here.

We ordered chicken strip basket.. no Texas toast available, would not substitute for anything but a couple extra French fries. Took at least 20 minutes for food. Went to drinks, no ice available. Employees gave the impression that we were inconvenience requesting they fill the ice machine. Very unprofessional. Sat at our table, very unsanitary.. bugs, dirt in windowsill and sticky floor.

I was here yesterday to pick up a Dairy Queen blizzard cake. I waited longer than expected while holding the cake. There was someone in front of me who was told their Door Dash order was still being prepared. I feel like I could’ve been helped while other employees were preparing orders. They get around to helping me. The gentleman rang me and said the total was $39.02. I mention the sign outside that says $3 off ant DQ cake, as shown in the picture below. He grabs a manager for approval. The guy that comes over had no idea what I was talking about. I repeat that it’s on the sign on the side of the building as you walk in. He grabs a third person. They go look at this sign. I put the cake back because we’re approaching 10 minutes of it being out of the freezer and I didn't know how long they were going to be. They come back in. The third guy says “yeah. The sign isn’t specific. I think that’s an app deal. Do you have the app?” I don’t have the app. The sign doesn’t specify that you need the app for the deal. The guy said something about how it’s not their fault. They don’t put the sign up and that he couldn’t give me the $3 off. I needed the cake. So I just paid full price and left. I wasn’t going to write a review but then I downloaded and checked the app out of curiosity. The app says $2 off a DQ cake. Not even $3. So either way, I wouldn’t have gotten the $3 off. I know it’s just $3. Not a big deal, but it’s the way it was handled and the discrepancy with the app. And the cake ended up having ice chunks all over it.
