  It's been a while since we last ate here. Food was hot and fresh. I an older and miss the original Pizza Hut ambiance but that's a corporate thing not this stores issue. I did this review mostly for our server. I think his name was Robert. He was awesome! He greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. He was quick on the service, always friendly and genuinely interested in doing whatever he could to make our experience great. He is an older gentleman (as I am too) and I want this type of service. The younger generation needs to take a cue from Robert as to how you give great service to customers. It's obvious Robert takes pride in his work as it shows. I hope Pizza Hut will recognize his efforts. Great job Robert!

  Tried ordering a pizza to my local hotel, I couldn’t figure out how the end of the information they finally did and my credit card was charged like five times. The charges were eventually refunded, waited an hour and 45 minutes of the pizza never showed up. Finally called the store and they said that DoorDash delivers and nobody would pick up. It’s kind of funny cause when I called the person said that they would personally deliver it cause they were leaving the store because we had such problems with the payment information. They would take care of it did not do that, People’s word means nothing today. And then they wonder why businesses are failing left and right. I get things happen but stand behind what you say and make things right.

  I always order online and go pick it up but about 90% of the time they get my order wrong and I pay for things I dont end up getting.

  Last night I took my family to my local Pizza Hut thinking that it would be a great experience. Boy was I sadly mistaken. I our server what beer they had? He declared that they didn’t have any at this time. That wasn’t a deal breaker but I knew that things were heading on shaky ground when they didn’t have my daughter’s the Alfredo Noodles (this could have been gotten at Walmart!) I should have told the kids that we were going someplace else for something else but I let it ride. I didn’t see any hairnets for the head or face! So many glaring issues now that I think back. Never had such sketchy & questionable service at this place but it’s went down hill so bad. The only thing that was nice was that it was quiet. The Pizza wasn’t cut into manageable slices and the Server was in a hurry it seemed to get us out even though it was middle of the afternoon! We won’t be going back!
