First time was when they first opened and it was about a 45 minute wait for 3 supreme tacos and a Baja blast. Second time I went they said they were out of lettuce and Baja blast (disappointing considering most of the menu requires lettuce). Third and final time I went there were 3 cars in the drive thru and I had to wait about 20 mins to get to the menu board. Once to the menu board the employee said his boss told him cannot make any more food until another employee shows up. I asked how long that would be and he said I don’t know but I can’t make anymore food until he shows up. There were 3 other cars behind me in line which I had to let know that they weren’t serving food right now. I had very high hopes for this Taco Bell but I was left very disappointed with the service and quality of food.

And worst of all when we asked for hot and fire sauce she gave us mostly mild, upon request for some more she gave us a huge bag full to the brim with mild sauce. Honestly we drove 1 full hour in the snow to have some Taco Bell and were completely disappointed and disgusted by the service and food we received! Spend your money elsewhere…
