    We're living in a day and age where it feels like few can really master the basics. However, Port's Arby's gets my order right and with a smile every time. That's all I need. 💕

    I love the food here, but the service today was absolutely horrible. The lady in the drive-through named Pam was slamming the window on our face yelling trying to talk through the closed window and then I ordered a shake and she didn’t tell me that the shake machine was down she just didn’t add it to my order so i had to ask why i didn’t get my shake. It took 10 minutes for them to answer the speaker. We waited 20 minutes for our food. We almost just drove off because we felt uncomfortable because of how rude this lady was. I really hope the staff gets better because i really enjoy the food.

    This place deserves no rating. It was the worst experience. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches and large curly fries, the lady tried to charge us regular price instead of the 2 for 7, and she told the cook crinkle fries up. We had to tell her to correct everything, never letting the cook know about the change of fries. We went to get a table and every one dirty we had to wipe with napkin. A lady came in after we did and placed her order to go and received it before we got ours. We watched 2 people at the drive thru wait and wait for someone to take there order and when no one did they left. We were so mad about the wait so we wanted a refund. Which the lady came out eating her lunch and still took a bite before addressing us. She was very confused on the whole refund process and said they dont have a refund button anymore, when asked why she just stated it was taken away. We will never go back.

    Walked in lobby and stood at counter on 4/1/26 at 2:30 no employee up front but 3 in back. 1 car in drive through and one person sitting in lobby. No acknowledgement by employee, waited 5 minutes and then left no employee ever came up front. Normally good service here but lacked today. I hope this does not become a habit for the port washington wi location
