I attempted to show her my receipt, she ignored me for 10 mins while I stood at the counter. After waiting for her to acknowledge me she wouldn’t even look at my receipt. Told me there was nothing she could do.

As a customer, we need to take a step back sometimes and slow down when ordering. He did great and provided awesome service. Hoping he gets recognized positively as a result and creates a continued great environment for customers in the future.

He was friendly and the food was still out looking fresh, clean and really good. Unlike other Subways in the area the tomatoes were red and fresh! Also, when I arrived Keith was mopping in the back. He quickly stopped, washed his hands, gloved up and asked me what I would like to order. I was impressed because the majority of the time I need to ask food servers to put on clean gloves. I will definitely recommend this Subway when Keith D is working.
