  We order every sunday a group pack of 30, this sunday we were shorted, they were quick to bring back the mistakes. But also we did not receive the mayo and mustard packets that are on the receipt. This is my 2nd decent mistake. The first time we ordered online, went through the drive thru and still waited over 20 min parked for our 3 subs. I went in to ask after waiting and they had to ask my name for the 3rd time and were mopping and not making the sandwiches. We were the last people there waiting.

  I love Jimmy John’s but I highly recommend avoiding this location. I arrived, asked for a water cup, and ordered my go to little John sandwich, without onions of course. To my surprise the total was nearly 10 dollars. I was surprised but I didn’t think anything of it and moved on. Then, I received my sandwich, and of course it was the wrong kind. I looked at the receipt, and I was charged for a medium fountain drink, but I had never received the cup nor had I requested one, and there was a random surcharge that did not apply to my order at all. It almost seems as if the management of this location is intentionally up charging the customer. Oh well, I moved on and while in my car I took a bite of my sandwich, and of course, there were onions, the one thing I did not want. Not only was it the wrong sub completely, but the ingredients tasted old and I did it feel comfortable eating the sandwich. It should also be mentioned that the teen workers were very unhelpful, as when I had informed them that I had received the wrong sub, they just shrugged me off and went back to chatting. Overall I am highly disappointed in this establishment and I would suggest everybody of the same as me and STAY AWAY!

  Music was blaring loud, couldn't even hear each other talk. Sub was really wet, dripping wet lettuce made the bread soggy.

  I always order through the app and have never had a problem any of the four times I have ordered food from here! I love the quality of my food and the friendly staff there!
