  I don't normally review fast food chains but tonight I'm making and exception. SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF WORKING TONIGHT 4/7/26!!!! When I got in the drive thru they said upfront we're short staffed and it may be 20min. That's fine I don't mind waiting I know what it's like to be short staffed. I did think to myself great my order is probably going to be wrong. To my surprise when I got to the window finally and it was about 20min maybe a little more my order was correct the food was hot and the staff still had a smile on their face. This actually is probably the best food I've ever gotten at Taco Bell. I mean it's trash food to begin with but it tasted good and like I said was fresh and hot. I just can't say enough how WONDERFUL the staff were with only working with 2 people. Great attitudes and service. Great job!!! I hope your boss realizes how lucky they are.

  By far the worst taco bell i have ever been to. the employees are insanely rude, they slop together the food and you have to wait minimum 20-30 minutes just to get your food. i once got a cheesy gordita crunch that was COLD AND PINK. NEVER come here if you don’t have to. im saying this as someone who love taco bell, this is the worst taco bell ever

  Terrible. Watched them screw up an order, customer brought it back in then they handed it to the door Dasher. ALL while waiting for my order 35 min. 3 people working

  My food was nasty took over 20 mineutes to come out when I only ordered 2 soft shell tacos, manager was standing there rubbing another employees back as I stood at the register for 5+ minutes, when I called after to speak to the manager he was rude and hung up

  Food was all smashed into one bag damaging it. Forgot two items. Chalupas were overcooked and broken. Staff doesn't know how to properly fold burritos. Food was messy and portions were poor. The kitchen looked understaffed and filthy. Staff was moving ridiculously slow and not doing anything to help themselves move faster. Drive thru employee was sitting on his phone the whole time. Staffed seems under trained and do not seem to care. Still better than the rapids location and the food was fresher so I will give them that. They were very kind about fixing their mistakes at least.
