Mind you it's better to be told about a wait but just expect one. I've never waited less then 10 min here. Depending on the time/staff you can generally get a very good experience at this taco bell compared to the rest. Lack of communication from staff to customers SOMETIMES. But again it's the only taco bell I feel comfortable going to so.

I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order in the drive through line. I was the only customer when I pulled up. They were more focused on the people inside the restaurant who arrived long after I got there. I know the people behind me were also not happy. Three cars of the 4 behind me left the line. The food also is not that great and something is always messed up. Definitely not worth your time and money. I’ll plan to stick with going to Culver’s from now on as they have never disappointed me.
