After waiting at least 3 minutes before someone came to greet me, I was then told that it would be about another 7 minutes before pizza would be ready, I was told they really got slammed. I was not happy and asked them to do something about this. I came back 10 minutes later only to find their PR vehicle parked in the drive-up area, blocking anyone from getting to the window. I got out and walked up to the window, told them their vehicle was blocking the way. Again, management did a super job taking care of this.

Not only did they hook us up with amazing pizza, but they also delivered to us. They showed up with goodies for the kids, cookie pizza, and in a Ninja Turtle costume! Absolutely amazing!

Ok, for a pizza restaurant who claims to be Christian, maybe give them some grace? But this time I heard literally dozens of times how the reason the chicken was gone was because of a huge catering order that had come in unexpectedly. The employees and manager seemed only concerned about sharing the reason for the problem, and they were actually pretty happy about the huge catering order that caused some on-site diners to go into chicken panic. Priority has been established with this company. Last minute unexpected catering takes priority over regular customers.
