  I endulged a little and got a Club Tuna #15, the endulgemednt kicked on with the bread instead of having it wrapped in lettuce. Thank You Jimmy John's for welcoming me and showing me it's OK to treat myself. 💖

  Placed delivery order that never came. Called the store and they said they don't have the order despite my card being charged for it, and said I could either re-order (pay again), or come in to the store to get store credit. I just wanted a refund since my lunch break had come and gone at that point.

  Forgot one of our subs. Ordered 5 sandwiches and only got 4. They also forgot to put mayo on my #17 sub.

  Sandwich was the size of the little john. Not the size of other stores. Staff very loud talking about world burning up. One worker saying she was hungry and oh, I can take another pill VERY loud. Worst experience at a Jimmy John's. Needs better management!!!
