  I tried this location for the first and last time on 12/24/25. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel at the drive through. The bagel was hard as a rock and must have been at least a day old. It was also 60 cents more expensive than the Dunkin just down the road at 173 and Sheridan. At the 173 location the bagel is always fresh and the sandwich is perfect. There are too many Dunkins around to put up with stale food.

  My spouse ordered an iced coffee with milk, no sugar and it came with sugar. The thing is, we had to correct the person at the drive thru that it had no sugar, and we saw them delete "sugar" from the order screen. So I don't know how it still came out with sugar. This is small potatoes, but the thing about this Dunkin is I have been there about 6 times since they've opened, and three times something was wrong with my order. Seems to me like there are some training opportunities. I hope they improve, cuz they're in a really convenient location. But for now, it looks like I'll be driving to Zion.

  Small piece of Hair in my latte. I took 4 sips of my drink for it to be empty when I found the hair, ordered a large and got more then 3/4th of the cup filled with just ice.no number to call the store anywhere online to tell them either. Paid 7$ for it to

  You have to ask for fresh, HOT decaf coffee because if you don't, it's not even luke warm. The Dunkin Donuts at 173 and Sheridan Rd. ALWAYS has fresh, HOT decaf coffee.
