  This place is dirty. Which is probably the most problematic thing for a restaurant to be. A live cricket fell from the overhead lamps over the sitting area into my queso. The employees replaced my queso but it was such a turn off. Just goes to show you have no idea the hygiene of a place until something like this happens.

  Unfortunately, the quality at this Chipotle location appears to have gone downhill. My mom & I stopped in between lunch & dinner time, and despite there only being like 2 other customers, all of the tables in the dining area were dirty. And all of the windows and doors, and the glass by the ingredient counter were dirty & looked like they haven’t been washed in months. There were several employees present but none of them came out to clean or check on the dining area. The food presentation was also disappointing. Most of the ingredient containers were barely a quarter full, nothing looked fresh, and the peppers looked especially unappetizing. The only item that appeared fresh was the guacamole.

  i honestly love chipotle but, i placed a order at 9:00 put it as done for 9:30. I arrive at 9:30 as it says my order done and it’s not .I go there my order no where to be seen so I get into the line just for me to be ignored completely and they take the guys order behind me without talking to me whatsoever . the manger was not helping at all as these 2 girls are being rushed. I got my burrito at 9:50 20 minutes late and then having my order for about 50 minutes in total.

  Incredibly, they have found a business model where they can keep jacking up prices while reducing quality. The children they hire to run the place work hard but have no idea how to provide service, and they absolutely never understand how to properly make or wrap a burrito. Be prepared for an uneven, slopping of ingredients hastily smashed onto a pile inside a burrito wrapping that falls open on the ends after the 14 year old making it tries 4-5 times to wrap it properly, then just gives up and pushes it into the aluminum the best they can. For this you will pay $15 for just the burrito, or $20 if you dare get the stale chips with a drink.

  Me and my friend went here at 8 pm on a Friday night and the individual scooping our food gave us VERY little rice and proteins. We then get to the topping area and they are out of everything including lettuce. I was unaware of this because there was no warning anywhere or stating the lack of ingredients so I simply said I was not interested in spending the money on a bowl with barely any chicken and rice in it. The workers then looked at me and asked if I was serious. I was not rude about how I said it at all and I get things can be out but I was disappointed at the fact that the two male workers looked at each other and made me very uncomfortable. They then looked back at me and said “so you just want us to throw this away”. Mind you it was barely any chicken and rice. So I said yes I guess so and the one guy did and the other got mad and goes “well I don’t know why you would have thrown that away”. I understand ingredients run out I am more disappointed with how the employees reacted and how uncomfortable I felt.
