We actually try to place our orders on weekends just because we usually can always expect him to answer the phone! This time, I wasn’t feeling well and had a family member call in for me. It seems there’s a new employee named Crystal, and while she was pleasant, the order didn’t come out quite right. It sounds like she’s still learning, and that’s completely understandable. Everyone has to start somewhere, and I can’t hold that against her. That said, James sets such a high standard that it’s hard not to notice when he’s not answering the phone! I just hope the new team members get the same great training he clearly has. Overall, still a good experience — just not quite the perfect five stars we’re used to. Good luck Crystal, you’re gonna do amazing!

There was someone in front of me that looked angry and who knows how long he has been standing there before I got there. Anyway food was great but the service is not good.
