  The lady in the front counter today FEB 17, 2026 give me a wrong drink!! PLEASE teach her how to make a RIGHT drink, I order Protein ICE latte with protein milk but she give me HOT basic latte!!! I know she make wrong one! but I don't want to complain because its too early in the morning and I don't want ruin my day!! I'm not racist but she's black lady in the front counter!!

  I have had my fair share of bad experiences here, but today was far from that. I pull up to the drive thru and I was immediately greeted, and told they would be right with me. I told the girl to take her time and that I wasn’t worried. I even had a question about a new drink, I haven’t tried and she gave me her honest opinion, so I ended up trying it! (delicious btw!) When I get to the window, the guy is beyond sweet, And even asked me how my day was going. moral of the story, today was such a great experience with those amazing people, and I will definitely be back after today’s experience! Keep up the amazing work Platteville Dunkin!

  We put an order for PICK-UP before leaving town to head to work to for the day. We drove down to pick up our order and was told I couldn’t pick it up since it was a DoorDash order. They assumed that a driver was assigned to it but since it was for pick up that nobody specifically was assigned to given order. Was told that I was being rude to them and refused service and told us to get a request a refund which we did. By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced here and can guarantee will never go back there again unless management changes or staff is trained better. If there was a way to give negative reviews I’d gladly give that after this experience.

  Quality of donuts are not up to what I expect from Dunkin Donuts at this location (Platteville WI). "Honey Dip" variety is more cake like in texture than it ever should be.

  Food was still frozen. English Muffin was either old or left out. It crumbled when bitten into. Threw food out instead of bothering with a replacement.
