    Very rude young lady taking orders.the coney dogs are very salty, she forget my ranch sauce and the tables were very dirty. I think I’ll pass on dairy queen from now on. Oh and $39.99 for an ice team cake?? That’s crazy talk

    Love the Platteville DQ! I order my hubby ice cream cakes a few times a year and this year's father's day cake is the reason I am leaving this 5 star review! When they asked what we would like the cake to say, I replied 'something about father's day...go ahead and be creative'...and this was what we got! Kudos to whoever created the Dad Joke Ice Cream Cake! LMAO 🤣

    I am looking forward to the day when the fast-food industry is fully automated. When I walked in, the staff was joking and fooling around. I get it. If it's dead that's totally fine, but once a customer walks in (I was the only one in the building), a more professional atmosphere is expected. This did not happen. The guy taking my order looked like I was just an inconvenience to him. Once I received the food, it was incorrect. Ordered a plain double cheeseburger; got one with everything. Ordered a large CHOCOLATE ice cream cookie dough Blizzard. The one I received had vanilla with a little chocolate syrup on the top that disappeared in about four bites. As I stated before, the day when the fast-food industry becomes fully automated can't come soon enough. Get the people who don't want to do a good job out of the business. Had a similar experience years ago at this same place and thought I'd give it one more shot. I won't be back.
