I am sorry, but I am not your sweetheart or honey. Then before giving me my drink cups she had to tell me all about her mobile home. When she asked me a name for the order, I said Pat, she taps her forehead and said "I should have known that". I am sorry lady, but you don't know me and I am darn sure I don't know you.

If you know this roast beef well, you know if it's sliced too thick it tastes like dog food and if it's sliced too thin you have a pile of shavings. But just right and you have delicious perfection! I used the drive thru on this visit so I can't comment on cleanliness or anything inside, but it's usually clean. The only thing that had made me want to call to complain.... the employees. ☹️ Not the entire team but we've been there at times when the people working are yelling at each other, they've been on cell phones while we've waited, they've finished personal conversations with each other before coming to the counter (and I've seen it from the inside when the drive thru had been ignored a bit too long also) but nothing that would stop me from being an Arby's consumer. It says that I had a 10-30 min wait time for a table, but I had a 13 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me.
