- KWKristin WesselMar 30, 20262.0We arrived at 7:45, and it was 76 degrees outside. As I was browsing the ice cream, a woman began taking the flavors out of the case. I requested a flavor, which she had just removed while I was standing there . She stated that I could only order from the second case of ice cream, as the first one was now closed for cleaning. Please note that the flavors she had taken out were on a cart right behind her, with no lids on. I asked if I could still get the flavor I wanted, even if it was right behind her. She grumbled, but then agreed to scoop ice cream that was directly behind her. There was definitely not an attitude of positive customer service. She was very unfriendly. Had she not allowed me that flavor (which I went specifically for), I would returned the half pint in my hand and left. Store hours say it's open until 10:00. I have been to this store many times and never had this kind of poor service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
