  This restaurant is hit or miss. We keep going back to give them the benefit of the doubt but starting to lose patience. One time I ordered a chicken Cordon-Bleu and got it home only to discover there was no chicken on it. I called and explained the issue and they issued me a new sandwich but I needed to make the 10 minute trip back and couldn't eat with the family. The next two times we went,it was AMAZING but twice after that, we got the wrong food. The last time - again AMAZING but now we just got home with our order. We ordered two of the new French Dip Royales because the garlic aoli that goes on it sounded delicious..... guess what - opened the sandwiches and roast beef only on half of each sandwich and neither one of them had the garlic aoli. :( :( My suggestion is if you're in the mood for Arby's, try this place but ONLY for dine in so if your order is screwed up you don't need to make the trip back. Im not going back to get this fixed but it ticked me off enough to leave this review.

  vicki was super sweet and helpful at the drive thru! food was hot and delicious. big shout out to her :)

  Like the food, reasonable price if you have coupons. Big downside, person taking my order kept calling me sweetheart and honey. I am sorry, but I am not your sweetheart or honey. Then before giving me my drink cups she had to tell me all about her mobile home. When she asked me a name for the order, I said Pat, she taps her forehead and said "I should have known that". I am sorry lady, but you don't know me and I am darn sure I don't know you.
