- DSDakota SmithFeb 22, 20263.0Normally those places very friendly and the food is spot on but for some reason today we got a burnt cookie and very messed in the employee did not talk if at all with a blank dead stare today is 2/22/26th and we ordered at 11:38 a.m. and she had to apparently cook the cookie twice because it was still completely Frozen.

We stood for 25 minutes waiting for this guys to finish an online order with 5 subs. There was one guy working at 4pm, that’s ridiculous. Service is crap, get more staff.
