We stood for 25 minutes waiting for this guys to finish an online order with 5 subs. There was one guy working at 4pm, that’s ridiculous. Service is crap, get more staff.

There have been various incidents when ordering online also, so it's not just the app. I double checked my order after the last 3 incidents; thought maybe I did something wrong, but nope. Guess I will have to go inside to order.
