  The service was terrible! Very rude to my fiance. No ice, and impolite when we notified them. Acted as if we should know our food was done without telling us. Then we're very impatient telling us that it was ready.

  I order from JJ’s all the time and wanted to give a tip to the sandwich makers. I called the one I order from the most-Watertown Rd. Avery was the guy that answered and he let me know that their delivery person didn’t show up so he didn’t know when it would be delivered. I gave him my sandwich order and he delivered it himself! And the sandwiches he said he made himself & they were perfect. He even threw in a cookie! Thanks for making my day Avery! P.S. Jimmy John’s should make it easier to tip their employees for their service.

  Food is ok but boy do these guys really hate their customers. Usually they don't greet you at all and just stare at you when you come in. After all how dare you enter this establishment and want to purchase something. Been here many times since it is near my work always the same experience.

  Poor delivery time. Will request a time frame and they will be 15 minutes late. Uses uber to deliver which may be the problem
