  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a chicken pizza, but to my shock, it had bacon bits in it. This is a serious mistake, especially considering dietary restrictions many people follow. My wife ended up vomiting that same night after eating it. What made this even worse was the complete lack of accountability. I informed one of the employees about the issue, and not even a basic apology was offered. No concern, no ownership—nothing. This shows a complete disregard for customer safety, food handling standards, and basic courtesy. If you cannot ensure accurate orders and proper hygiene, you should not be serving customers. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.

  I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this Domino’s location in Pewaukee. Unfortunately, they consistently fail to pay attention to order details—toppings are often incorrect or missing, and orders are not prepared as requested. What’s more frustrating is the way the staff handles these issues. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they tend to argue and become defensive, even when the error clearly comes from their system accepting the order. Rather than properly resolving the situation, they usually offer a small compensation. Customer service should be about making things right, but that’s not the case here. Due to repeated poor experiences and unprofessional behavior, I would not recommend this location.

  I would absolutely not order from here. They were 2 hours late and did not deliver our food. When we arrived our food was on the counter not in a hot box. We also called 3 times and they just hung up on us without giving us any status on our order. Terrible place with rude workers

  As someone who never leaves reviews I am very unsatisfied with this dominos we walk in and there is only one employee an older lady she has a screen full of orders i ordered our food at 1:10 it is currently 2:00 and im still waiting on my pizzas. The older lady is a very hard worker and can tell she is doing her best however a second younger lady comes in who was doing deliveries tries to helps her and drops a chicken wing on the floor at 1:50 the employees proceeded to grab it off of the floor and put it in the box as I watched it get packed up and put into the hot box with the rest of the orders, this is disgusting. The younger lady proceeds to go into the back of dominos and starts playing on her phone, and eating the food instead of helping the older lady that is clearly hours behind on orders and has a full tv of orders. All while this is happening they are receiving phone calls of upset customers, as she was apologizing over the phone multiple times on how she is trying her best and the only one here.

  Multiple times I have gotten the notification that my food was ready and every time it was either still in the oven or not even prepped yet
